CANTATE MUSIC
TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Membership of  Cantate Music Service groups is open to young people up to the age of 21, is at the discretion of the directors and is subject to the following conditions.

  1. A minimum attendance of 70% per term is required for participation in the concerts.  If there are genuine reasons for prolonged non attendance, please discuss with the directors at the earliest opportunity.

2) Payments of the fees for a term are due by the second rehearsal of that  term.  Non payment of fees may result in members being unable to  take part.  If for any reason there is a problem with fees, please contact  the office to discuss.

  1. We will endeavour to publish dates of concerts well in advance.  We ask that all members give priority to these dates as it is essential we have full membership for concerts to ensure they are of the highest possible standard.

4) As this is a group activity a high level of effort and discipline is required.   We expect music to be taken away and learnt/practiced.  We  expect that  all members will show respect to other members and the directors at all  times.  Failure to adhere to this condition could result in the dismissal of  a member without refund of fees.

  1. Correct uniform will be required for ALL public performances.  Uniform is available from the office. (see below for more details)

6) At least half a terms notice in writing will be required if you wish to  cease membership, otherwise payment of fees will be required.

Cantate Music Uniform
was agreed by the membership to be as follows:-
Black T-Shirt with Cantate Music Logo.
Black jeans or formal trousers.
Black "Converse" style trainers.

T-Shirts need to be ordered from us, if you have problems finding the trainers, we can also supply these.
