The choir at Norwich  Cathedral

Welcome to the Cantate Boys' Choir homepage !
This choir was a freelance choir of some thirty boys and twenty men. It was established in 1990 with the specific aim of offering boys from Parish Churches and School Choirs the opportunity to sing together in a substantial authentic all-male choir for which much of our glorious cathedral music was written.  The Choir's last service was in  2002 but was soon after disbanded.
Over the years, the choir sang at the following venues:-

  • Christchurch, Oxford
  • Wimborne Minster
  • Chelmsford Cathedral
